Since November, 2014, we have purchased three income producing properties through TJ Global Investments. Jorge and his team have delivered on everything to this point. The closings were very simple and painless. Right now all three properties are in construction which is being handled by one of Jorge’s contractors. The first property should be marketable within the next week. We contacted the property manager recommended by Jorge and he seems to be on top of the situation. He understands that a quick rental is priority and promises to do everything possible to secure a tenant as soon as possible. At this time I have nothing to report on the actual property management or return on investment until we actually have the properties rented and managed. At this point, our experience with TJ Global Investments and their sub contractors has been nothing but positive. I would definitely recommend them if you are interested in purchasing income producing properties.
